Josue is a missionary from Venezuela to Panama, where he now directs the UBF ministry. He graduated as a chemistry teacher from the Pedagogical Institute of Caracas and earned an MBA from the Interamericana University of Panama. He is married to Maria Mercedes and they have two daughters: Victoria and Maria Celeste.
